The ugly picture is a drainage project initiated by Governor Adams Oshomhole of Edo State to relief his people from flooding. It cost about $450 million at the time of the borrowing. The beautiful picture is Dublin airport terminal 2. It cost Euros 325 Million. Yet some people blame the white man for their woes.
