When I have something official like this,I need no one to tell me to go there dressed corporately. The day I went for documentation, almost everyone dressed corporate even for medicals too to tell you the hustle is real. The least dressed person had a shirt and trouser on with the shirt turned in. |

From info I got from one of the contract staff I met, it should be after the 18th of September at least, cos most of them have to resign before coming to training school. And their salary is actually being calculated from 18th of a month to the same day the following month. So let's set our sights on the 3rd week of every month. But it's best youre prepared before the mails start dropping in. At worst, it would be December, at best, September. ![]() Not from a reliable source Oooo... Don't even know a source talk less of it being reliable |

| Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by Iamabraham(m): 2:12pm On Sep 04, 2017 |
He didn't state it but I guess it should between 12-16weeks. About the pay, he didn't state it too; but here is what I was able to get from previous thread

Pls who has a good estimate as to when the TS would begin ,some people here need to resign from their current place of work giving at least a month or three weeks notice. I'm almost sure the mails might just drop a week to T.S. |

| Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by OkunrinMeta: 4:27pm On Sep 04, 2017 |
Iamabraham:Thanks for the info It is reasonable to assume that the pay has been reviewed upwards in the past five years Cos it appears a bit low compared to other banks. |
| Re: 2016 Firstbank Graduate Trainee Programme by Tigris007: 4:56pm On Sep 04, 2017 |
As regards the pay, the contract staff I spoke with put it at 56k for 3months.... 6 months probation where you'll earn 120k as take home After confirmation, it increases....(wasn't specific at this point) For those wanting to know when T.S. would start...can't guarantee you but expect it this month....(so start getting your jerseys, suits(gray, navy blue or black), ![]() |

That's the usual salary for most banks. It's the allowances that takes it to over 3m annually. At worst, 2.5m. So don't look at that salary alone. It's certainly more than that by far. But sincerely, why people's blood dey hot on this salary sef ![]() |

Cheers all. I dey wait una for FBN oh. Village people no see me catch oo. Thank God. |
