I bought the 20,000mah power bank , not up to two months ago, now the power bank charges when plugged to electricity, but it doesn't charge my phone. |

Does it charge other phones? If yes,change usb. If no,check the charging port in the powerbank. Is any of the metal linings broken? Check if any is compressed. If it is,use needle or pin to straighten it. |
