Yes you will get admitted into Cambridge and Havard with just 9As with no extra entrance examination.I see you are finding this hard to believe . That my point . Exam conducted under pressure .you get a whole 6 years to prepare for O'level but less than 6 months for JAMB . you are not given the opportunity to express yourself as done in O'level . So if you get 9As here its Cambridge straight .

UTME comes before WASSCE, so I don't understand why someone who prepared for WASSCE for six years will fail UTME and pass WASSCE with very good grades .

That's not the point I'm trying to raise ,I'm saying the west don't have entrance examination so tbh they should do away with all forms of exams for entrance into poly and Uni.people should be admitted by O'level . Just like the US and UK . Cut off marks should be your O'level grades.

I changed my institution from uniosun to lasu,but I was unable to further my registration process on lasu site because jamb is yet to process my data and the form would be closing by Friday 15th September. A friend is also affected jamb should quickly do something please

After 50 years of Independence, the government of the so called disadvantaged regions ought to have done something to address the situation. You cannot continue to spoon-feed a child and expect that same child to grow, mature and be independent. A student from Abia scores 130 in the Federal Commonwealth Entrance exam, yet it's almost impossible to gain admission in the school of his choice, yet another child from Zamfara will score less than 5 and gain same admission seamlessly. How do you encourage such a child that hard work and merit pays?

The so call education stakeholders are confused and it's not surprising. Imagine these same people were the best our education system could produced back then. Now envisage the future of our education system because most of the people with such low scores will one day be the next stakeholders.
