The more established private uni are not on the list, but all these unknown ones, the kind of students there go dull gan, honestly I don't see how you can score 120 out of 400 and be proud to be called an undergraduate.

I'm a product of the first and the best university in nigeria. That's where i did my first and second degree. I believe you would still be in secondary when i finished my MSc and you are here telling me that i'm at home because of strike...wetin concern bicycle and fuel station?

Out of those schools listed, did you see convenant, bowen,redeemers universities there? Abi if you have a company se you fit employ any of thier products? You better wake up and face reality.

I would rather send my children abroad to school than to waste it on those schools...tufiakwa.

This is the highest in fact. Government, keep doing it!!
This will only produce a lot of carry overs, extra years, and finally drop outs. Many won't finally graduate.

you are a product of which university If your ultimate plan for your children is to study in the PRESENT nigerian universities that you glorify,then you cant afford the best for them. Quote me anywhere. Stop speaking against what you CANT afford today. Thank you.

Breaking: SSANU, NASU, NAAT To Begin Indefinite Strike Next Week!!!

Report reaching us now has it that all the major non-teaching staff unions of Nigerian public universities have decided to go on an indefinite strike starting from next monday, 11th September.
This include these associations:
The Joint Action Committee, JAC, of
Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, SSANU;
Non-Academic Staff Union of Universities, NASU; and
the National Association of Academic Technologists, NAAT.

This statement was revealed on today at a press conference in Abuja, the chairman of JAC who is also the President of SSANU, Samson Ugwoke, explained reasons for their decisions.
Mr. Ugwoke said the nationwide strike would be total and comprehensive.
“During the strike, there shall be no provision of services, no matter how skeletal. Concessions shall not be granted while all our members are to stay at home till further notice, unless as directed by JAC through their respective presidents,” he said.
