Lmfao ... you're using an android device cos you don't have the funds to buy an iPhone . When you have the funds , you'll get an iPhone . That's the bitter truth . If you like cry from now till the end of days, your android phone will always be second best . iPhone does virtually everything a droid does and more . If you're talking about customizing a Droid , you can only do that after rooting it . Same thing applies to the iPhone . You can customize it after you jailbreak . Guess what , iPhone 8 is coming out soon and it already is a success . Show me the best droid out there , it will always fall short of the simplicity attributed to the iPhone . The iPhone is by far the easiest smart phone to use . It's not clumsy . Well I like to enjoy the best of both worlds so I always keep an android on me as a spare phone . But the iPhone is my go to phone any day any fucking time . Save up , get an iPhone and you will never regret it . It's a guarantee .

When it comes to phone innovation, I can't say I'm particularly impressed with any these companies.
Apple lost it when Steve Jobs left, they are basically living off the name and brand he created, and as for Android, they've got nothing extraordinary to offer, the big names aren't doing anything radical to advance the mobile phone experience, well.. maybe except for virtual reality.
By now, we should have stuff like completely transparent phones, bendable devices, augmented reality features etc. These technologies are currently available!!
Yet we just have them churning out more of the same every year, bigger ram, bigger screen, bigger battery (which isn't that big btw)
I suspect that mobile tech companies are hoarding ground breaking technology or they are just too scared to use it.

Nonsense, so you shell out thousands of naira to buy a phone,bcuz it's an iPhone??. Well I believe their are some people who do it

how do you mean? Does apple produce midrange devices? When there us any comparison btw these brands, it is actually android flagships to the iphone.

The iphone, while a nice and very intuitive device, is too restrictive. The software developer in me just makes it so difficult for me to be able to be productive with it. Android is quite open and customizable. I dabbled with the iphone with the iphone4 when they first came out 7 years ago. Can't stand it! I do like the music interface (itunes) though. So, I just use the 2 iphone4's I have for that (no sim card in them). One stays in my car, and one is in my backpack.

Mahn I want to sell my iPhone already, not because I don't like it. I love it.
But am just missing tweaking my android ui and different customizations I make on my android phone. IPhone is sweet but booring

customization you say ... well I think UI customization is for kids "no offense though" if you want simplicity than IPhone got it... also UI customization can still be done on an iPhone when you jailbreak it.... anyways it's your choice

I understand you... but try jailbreaking the IPhone and go to cydia and see a lot of nice tweaks
