No,but I doubt they can match Nigeria when it comes to corruption.Right from the airport customs officers are trying to collect bribes from you and when you leave the airport police offers are trying to collect theirs as well.We now have a President fighting a fake anti-corruption war to make matters worse.

NIGERIA IS NOT THE HEAD QUARTER of any Corruption..... Yes lots of NIGERIANS are corrupt yes I mean very corrupt BUT also many more are Good and clean the issue here is that the GOOD ONES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO ANYTHING without getting dirty.... So EVIL persists when good men do nothing. Mexico is corrupt, India too, South Africa is hideously corrupt and many other african countries.... but they are not heard because they do not PUBLICIZE it.

Majority of Nigerians are good people.Unfortunately honesty and integrity is a bad trait to have if you work for the public service or hold any political post.
