Please someone should help me.. My C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe keeps flashing on my computer screen.. Pleas help me cry And my windows security center can't be started I operate a windows 8.1 BTW |

romeoetin:Removing the virus can be very difficult, my advice is for you to get original antivirus app or format if you don't have important files there. |

You temporarily stopped Microsoft security centre from running on your system. It's part of windows services running on your computer. Navigate your way into the services section and see if you can reactivate it by setting startup type to automatic. |

download malwarebyte and use it to scan your pc. issue should be resolved. had a similar issue too |
