I bought Tecno Phantom 6 recently, it didn't have a SD slot located anywhere, it has an internal memory of 32GB, but wouldn't be able to download large files or apps.
Could this be fake or copy?

Upload images of the phone. And where did u buy it from? Never seen or heard of a fake Phantom 6 though.

it's hybrid which means u can either use d sim port as SD card slot

The phone is hybrid, means you either use a SIM and a memory card or two Sims and no card. And what type of files are you downloading?

I read this information on the internet, but a memory card I have seems not to fit into the sim slot properly, I carefully pry its back open, still no provision for a SD slot

hahahahaha, that's a fake. phantom 6's back can not be removed coz it's metallic unibody.

A review at Tecno website showed i was sold a fake. Its is a well crafted fake copy. Phantom 6 has an ejectable SD slot at its side with its sims slot. Unfortunately i bought the phone at Aba when i lost my phone in transit. They only awareness i will apply is to state the name of the shop and its address for other unsuspecting customers to keep off or either Tecno or consumers protection agency to carry out an investigation.

Sorry for that. Shops like 3Chub , Micro Station and Slot are more viable for Tecno products.

You could open the back cover? That's fake o! Phantom is sealed
