firstly I great u mayoor, largehrt n Co. our struggle Don tay like Mandela tins anyway I applied careless knowing dat I didn't meet any of dear requirements eg I get 2'2 n I b 30 yrs n I saw biodata mail just now .... same tin happened recently wit NBC coca cola n dragnet last week n dem weed me out before d test.... now it's stanbic dat wants to break my heart again like telemundo story.....

I didn't see any test too. It only say thank you for survey. I was thinking it was my for that did dat. I now sent them mail

that's impossible. we filled state of residence. maybe that will be used instead. I'm guessing the 1,2,3 maybe different test questions with the same level of difficulty or simplicity.

About the Graduate Trainee Program
The Stanbic IBTC Graduate Trainee Program is a 6-7 week classroom and 12 months on-the-job training program designed to nurture the next line of business leaders for the Stanbic IBTC group.

Applicants must have concluded NYSC, and must have discharge certificate in hand.
Knowledge/Technical Skills/Expertise:

Customer-service oriented
Computer literacy is a must.

I am afraid this might be a deliberate ploy to weed out those who do not have discharge certificate. It might just be better ti lie since the program is for 2018. What do you think?
