My android Tecno WX3P keeps notifying me to sign in to network and each time I click the notification it takes me to a Facebook sign in page. I've tried a lot of things but I've not been able to get rid of the notification as long as my data is on. a screenshot is attached to this post. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I doubt that because I usually have data subscription on it and it happens with all my sims.
