That is not correct @ the interpretation of the Admin as captured by the screen you posted.

Win to nil(WTN) market could either be yes or no.
Yes: Means that the team you backed to WTN must win and have a clean sheet, ie not conceding any goal. For example Chelsea Vs Arsenal match, if I select Chelsea WTN, Chelsea must win firstly, then mus not concede any goal. i.e. 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, etc.

On the other hand, if I select no in the match, i.e Chelsea WTN (No). For me to win, all that needs to happen is that Chelsea must not beat Arsenal without conceding any goal. If the match ends in a draw, I win and if Chelsea beats Arsenal say 2-1, 3-1 etc I win because Chelsea conceded one or more goals even though it beats Arsenal.

Its that simple. Verdict is that you are right, they are wrong.

NB: Arsenal fans make una no vex o. I only used ur team as an analogy!
