Last time I checked, it was 5years working experience as an admin to write the OCM and you will need to do hands-on training overseas, but I don't know if there's provision for OCM hands-on here in Nigeria now.

Pl/SQL certified associate is Programming Language/Structured Query Language

I actually just realised the slim prospect of Oracle professionals here in Nigeria, ...
So crossing to Auditing/Information Security... Writing my CISA by dec

I was told the same thing as well, it's very very very possible outside this naija, but here in this country, na operation who u sabi abeg, dey don't care about what u have upstairs or which type of certifications you've acquired
