This two young men were arrested by OSPAC (aka Bakassi boys) for taping 8yrs old young girl. They were arrested in Omoku, Rivers state by Ospac who happens to be a security body for me to fight cultism, crime and other related issues and empowered by the Onelga caretaker chairman named Barr. OSI. They have been working day an night for the past months now and peace is gradually reigning in Omoku and Ogba community as a whole.
