workforce pays a minimum of 51k salary, then you also get commission when you meet your target.
DSA is like the lowest level of marketers, you might not even go out for marketing because it might be only inside the bank you will have to work. Convince people to open acc, to buy atm cards, download mobile app etc. So you will have targets on each of them.

I would employ u to thoroughly research on their website and also read the job description on Front desk officer as well as relevant interview questions.

Most front desk officer pay is between 50 - 80k though few companies pay around 100-120k.
