Army has no Business conveying heavy duty vehicles during the day time in a civilian populated towns.

Traveling management means driving them through such places in night.

South Korea army lost like 5 mid size rockets being transported on a truck to accident. They burnt up also.

Its an accident. Happens to anyone.

USNavy had 3 accidents this year with extensive damages and deaths to its fleets.

From my observations in a developed country, such military equipment are fully covered then transported at night with police escorts.

There clearly isn't a JMP. Are people supposed to surround a military consignment like that and take pictures? What is there to protect it from being hijacked or even destroyed?

JMP's do not prevent accidents a 100%. It would have been safer though to transport that at night when the roads are less congested and fewer people are exposed to whatever hazards or unwanted situations that could arise from the current condition. That should have been considered in the JMP; if there was any.

You people sha. Have you lived up North? Are Shiite members not Northerners? Why do you think we had Boko Haram sympathizers among civilians in Bornu? Was it not because many civilians accused the soldiers of killing people indiscriminately? Why do you think Amnesty International keep on opening fresh cases against the military in the fight against Boko Haram insurgency in the North East? Please, there are Northerners who have gone through hell in the hands of Boko Haram and the military, the least you can do is to not talk about what you know very little about.

South Korea military that lost rockets loaded on a truck was transported at night. And they had an accident that caused the truck to burn and the missiles (about 4-5) get destroyed.
