the problem is not from Network provider. But the website was hosted on a server provided by host company (e.g hostgator, godaddy) which enable world wide access. it was suspended by the web host

Yes I used google chrome with 9mobile network around 4am , although Patience is key cos the site is so frustrating.

I applied for a position without my brothers pic thinking i wont be able to help him upload his passport. i think i used Mozilla or chrome browser using a laptop to upload his passport. The passport is now displaying along with his applied position, ID, email and his name.
