The only issue I see here is a British airways stewardess, probably on duty on her uniforms. If it were to be any normal girl out there,she won't be getting a single attention.

She is stewpid no doubt. I would not be caught making a joke on duty or even off-duty about my customers or employers. She deserved to get sack, but did not deserve media attention at all. Most of the girls I know found it offensive, but the guys would like to give her bare BBC!
