This is so,so disheartning,i don't see Grimaldi doing anything about this,definitely the key got lost while the car was in their possession,if not,how did the car get to them.
I just hope it's not one of these new model cars that might cost you a fortune to replace.
what i usually do is i get them to courier me the spare keys with my Bill of Lading
