My bank also do that but I don't know how it's been done, can anyone please explain the procedures of how it's been carried out?

my advice...... don't try it if not u will be debited and not get ur money...... go and complain to them they will tell you they can't see any record like that in ur account. ecobank is useless and they became more useless since they bought oceanic bamk

It was just recently that ecobank started responding to customers complaints and trying to revamp.. The is half gone.

E g since yesterday, trying to transfer money to another account, it keeps failing and the bank online customer service can not help.

2 years late. Fidelity is the pioneer they started 2 years ago.

Very soon it will be very hard to rob...They will have to take ur finger print to withdraw ur money.

it will b far more better if finger print will b use in all ATM. so that pipo will no longer Cary cards around, ur finger print becomes ur card.

Ecobank bank wit there network wahala, sef, dis 1 go work without network, go solve the problem of network first

GTB thieves .. They seized and ate my 10k till today. I opened account with them and deposited 10k but up till today, they refused to send me my account details.. Have complained and gone there more than 10xs, yet they keep telling stories

please how about this *737# accout opening? Can i open the account with just my sim card without having any documented account with them? Cos, one will be asked to use the last 3 number of his ATM card as pin. And that person dont have any prio account with them.
So i guess one has to have a working account with them before he can be able to use the 737 banking?

Even when i massage their customer care, the cirrespondant was confuse.

Fidelity Bank has being operating careless transaction on ATM for over a year now, not a news!

This is good from ecobank, better late than never from my first bank. Been using the service with FCMB for a while now and it had saved me on a few occasions where I misplaced my atm card and needed to withdraw

yes you can with just it SIM card any SIM card for that matter
