Thank you.
mayorchelsea:
Medicals I believe are meant to certify a person as fit for a job or to know if a potential employee has any health related issues that could affect him/her on the job.No organisation wants to spend so much on recruitment and training a new in-take only for such person to be medically unfit or begin to struggle with health issues the job.Do they spend to employ and train another person again?Medicals can disclose certain health conditions but are overlooked if they are not enough to affect a person's performance on the job. It's not very often that someone loses a job offer for failing medicals,we might not hear if this happens as the lab wouldn't disclose the results to you but to your employer and they in turn might not tell you,my opinion.

These are the kind of update we want to see here. God bless you bro. The big question is when exactly is the GTP set going in. All you hear is after the presents SE training. It would have been nice the list of successful persons are published early enough to drastically reduce the questions being asked and make persons plan ahead. I just hope this recruitment wont spill over till next year like is being rumoured presently.

Hello guys, i'm still awaiting AC but someone said one must strive to be a group leader during group discussion to excel @ AC. So dt had left me with a taught that does that mean everyone that made it to documentation stage was group leader during their assessment? cry

This is a very big fat lie, just make sure you contribute intelligently, don't just open your mouth because you have to say something, think very fast and make tangible and meaningful comments and also make sure your candidate number placed on the table is well displayed so the panelists can grade you accordingly.

If lecture starts at 8am and ends 6pm and this same time schedule is adopted for GTP,it can be assumed that accommodation would be provided for all GTs in training school too. This would also be contrary to speculations that preferences are given to outside Lagos-based trainees for accommodation. This could be a reason why training school might be in batches as some are still awaiting AC,my thoughts.

There is a possibility that they may put some people in a designated hotel close to the training sch (if the number exceed TS capacity)... (This happened some years back)

I really do hope so because many people like myself would be coming far from the training school upon making it and might need to sort out some logistics issues if accommodation wouldn't be provided. The best news right now would be FBN sending messages to those who have done documentations and had their medicals giving one an idea of when the GTs would resume at the training school,it might even help those still awaiting AC too. This 'suspense' is killing.

Abi. Its Fbn that's losing right now cos over this few weeks some good candidates have taken up better offers and the more they linger the more people accept other offers that come their way than waiting for whats not certain.

True, cos I really don't know the point of giving just a few days notice to the TS.

Guys hold on till u get there. The se guys re doing a crash course that is y the classes re long. They were supposed to be there for 2months but is now bn squeezed into one month, monday to Saturday. Gt is 3months tho might be reduced to 2months. But Monday to Friday and ends 4pm.there isn't even time for recreational activities for them, cos d pool and court re currently under construction. Everyone will not be accommodated if Gt is more than 200. U can go out for two weeks or more if u want but classes or exams u would miss during dat period will not be taken again. Dress code is no issue, just dress corporately d way a banker should and Fridays dressings re relaxed ie smart casual. Keep ur but shorts and boxers for room matters. Concentrate and read cos pple re normally dropped. Food is usually 5star level with deserts including tea breaks, sometimes desert will be ice cream too. Keep calm and pray

If you try so hard by shutting down others all because you want to be the leader, you might end up shooting yourself in the foot.I only tried to contribute tangibly during the group discussion.Doesn't make any sense fighting to be your group's leader.
