Seriously bro, our generation has to do something o. We need to start seeing some of these social ills as our faults. There's a generation waiting out there for us, and we can't afford to be comfortable in our confines. I was explaining during a gist with my pals, i said the average building in Ajah/Lekki axis lets say it costs 50 Million to buy the land and build, and say there have been 2000 new buildings over the past years... This means collectively, house owners have spent 50 Million x 2000 - Around 5- 20 Billion on housing alone. If this sum was converted to industries, it would have created thousands of jobs... The society needs to turn from being more luxury conscious to becoming humanity-driven. This is the way out of the quagmire to me...

The reason they quickly kill is to pass a message so other can learn and pay up quickly but when they find out nobody is paying up after killing a couple they will looks for another business ..Remember how Robbers used to raid homes rampartly in a bid to get cash kept at home during weekends and holidays but all that has slowed with the coming of the e banking and the ATM and it didn't take time before those robbers knew going to people homes at weekend could be quite futile as almost all of them won't have substantial cash at home

You are right..that what was what I was telling a pal who said it was better to tie funds in residential buildings than build a business that would employ people ..the average Nigerian family can contribute 5 million naira just to make sure one of them have a loud wedding ceremony but will never contribute a dime to the same person to start a business that can employ others ..it's really sad ..I saw it play out recently where a family sent about 8 million naira to give their struggling son a benefiting wedding even though I tried to warn against it they went ahead and today the guy even though an architect is still struggling running a freelance backpack kind of show when it would have been better to use most of that money to grow his architect portfolio..you are really right we need to ditch this self centred kind of living and start thinking of all of us collectively

I've drawn blueprints... I'm going straight to the execution table. I'm tired of seeing youths wasting away hawking craps... The houses don't hold much alone compared with the lives that are impacted. Let's say 40Million create an industry and employs 100 people... It means the cost of the 2000 houses i said earlier would have created 2000 x 100 = 200,000 jobs that would in turn stimulate trade, commerce, business and so much more...

Okay insightful, thought since he hasn't been convicted, might be sentenced under the new law. He is part of the reason of establishing this law, because he has become a role model in the evil trade.
