Hi folks, I applied for a postgraduate program which application fee was demanded in Canadian dollars. The school had nominated an agency in the US that accept us dollars from international students for conversion and onward transfer to the Canadian school. I went to pay at the bank and they told me it must have to be School fees with full admission letter before they can wire the money for me. That ordinary application fee may not fly. Debit card is not acceptable for the payment. It must be credit card and can I get a Canadian dollar credit card. I have written several email but the replies have not helped. |
