To be fair to A40, He was Pro Guardiola for about 2 and a bit seasons. He only went anti Pep right around the middle of His last season at Munich.

The only bone of contention I have with A40's line of arguement is the "FRAUDIOLA" bit. Why the complete switch? How is He a fraud?
It is okay to feel that He underachieved/felt to meet expectation at Bayern which whilst I don't agree with, I understand. However that does not make Him a Fraud.

I have been following this thread for a while. Dayo and 40 have been the major drivers of the thread as core fans. They engage each other and submit their opinions. It's just surprising these days that, while Dayo has been telling us what and what Pep did right, 40 has been telling us not to believe whatever good anyone tells us about Pep knowing fully Dayo is directly involved. They keep avoiding each other on that issue while they discuss together other issues relating to the club.

There's nothing wrong in being a pro or anti, after all, I don't like anything called Mourinho, but that will never make me ridicule or under estimate his achievement over the years. You said he was pro Pep for like two years and now claimed he destroyed everything jupp did while Dayo claims otherwise. Initially I was in support of Ancelotti, but when I saw the direction the team was going, I had to review my stance.

Before Ancelotti, I believed he would be succesful and win us the CL.

Since you observed that our views are divergent but we support the same team then what is the rationale in engaging in futile arguments about a manager who has left the club? Considering we both agree he didn't deliver on the primary reason he was hired

I won't deny I was pro-Pep when he came in fact I recall the grueling arguments I had here with Nitlad where we argued extensively and he warned me. I was unhappy with the way we sidelined Don Jupp, but we were getting Pep it would be worth it we all thought

However I started seeing cracks when he brought that 4-1-4-1 nonsense. After seeing us in the knockout stages of the CL no well meaning Bayern fan was comfortable with our style of play! I had issues with Pep from the very first season because I always saw us losing the same damn way. Mauling small fry like Porto, Donetsk, losing badly to Barça, Madrid and looking outclassed while at it. You can argue with my choice of words and tag it like hyperbole but this is the normal response to Fraudiola apostles who think the sun shines from his behind.
