This is Arya, she's about 8 weeks old now. The breeder told me she was GSD. But she looks Caucasian. I need input from professionals. She's my first dog

She is not a Caucasian.


A cauc at 8 weeks will be much more hairy.

She looks like a mix of GSD and another breed but definitely not cauc

Whatever breed she looks like, she is definitely not a pure one. She is so mixed that it is lower than 50%. But she looks more like the result of breeding an already mixed-bred GSD with a Nigerian Shepherd.


BTW, she still looks cute tho. Most of them are always beautiful as puppies.

Yet show her love and take care of her very well. That is the most important now, you already got her.

The seller can tell you its anything..asking for the parents PIC could have saved you the headache

When you get a GSD and you still need to be explaining to people why the dog still needs to be a GSD, that means what you got is a Nigerian Shepherd.
