I think its something that has to do with genetics because I was born with mine.

Youre more likely to have them if you're fair complexioned and don't smoke filthy cigarettes.

Yes seriously. I already have a lower red lip from birth but it started going dark, then I saw this tip in the fashion section and tried it out. my lip is brighter and redder and so smooth . The brushing should not wound the lip o! Just gently, like exfoliating skin. but I do not think this will work if there was no red to begin with.

Like Ms Ejadamen suggested, brush your lips lightly morning and night and immediately apply vaseline you will have red lips in no time

DISCLAIMER: This only works if you had a hint of redness to begin with, it will also most definitely not work if you smoke cancer sticks or weed everyday.

What on earth do you want to do with Red Lips? Will it make you more of a human than you are already, or probably more handsome. Guy, think of something better, Red Lips is not an issue at all.  I believe that you are better off just the way you are, because everybody is uniquely created by God. Just accept the way you are and move on with life!

I heard that there are some people in Computer village that can tatoo your lips to red.... Donno if its true anyway...
