In dashcam footage from July 2016, first obtained by a WSB-TV Channel 2 in Atlanta, a white woman can be heard telling Cobb County police Lt. Greg Abbott that she was scared to put her hands down because she had "seen way too many videos of cops."
Abbott, who is also white, then says, "But you're not black. Remember, we only kill black people. Yeah, we only kill black people, right?"

Abbott, a 27-year veteran of the police department, will be removed from the force, Cobb County Police Chief Mike Register said at a news conference Thursday afternoon

Cops in America have always been accused of killing blacks. He said that jokingly to the woman.

Even the jury said they can't tell what is in his heart but has to work with what came out of his mouth. It's a joke gone wrong.

When you run out of arguments, you resort to insults. I know your type. There is no proof the cops deliberately killed those blacks. Their conducts may have been unprofessional but the original intent wasn't to kill. I saw most of the shooting videos.
