An opportunity has just presented itself in my line of business which dictates that I expand my production capacity, thereby positioning for more returns. Therefore, I am in need of an investor or a useful guide to a loan facility of 200-300k which is repayable by December.

do you have land paper to use as collateral?

can you be physically present at an office in Niger state?

I can refer you to a company that will give you 300,000 payable in 10 months. interest is very portable

I don't have a landed property. However, I have some machineries which are valued much more than the intended loan sum, if it will be acceptable as colatera property.
Also, I stay in the South Western Part of the country, so I need a strong assurance of getting the loan if I embark on such trip.
