Are you part of those that compare 2 players based on a season? Do you know what makes a player world class? Consistency! Try to compare their assists, goals, dribbling (which messi has toned down on cos of pace) control, finishing, playmaking, passing et Al at 25. Since ney is 25 let's use that age

there still persists a debate about the GOAT. and 80 percent of the times 3 names come into scrutiny. pele, maradona, and messi. messi needs to win a copa america to become the indisputable GOAT. even with his so called international trophy cristina only gets mentioned 10 percent of the times.

World cup golden ball is an award based on votes and politics for best player at a tournanment.

Ororo doesn't need to be voted the best player at a tournament - he's been voted best player in the world multiple times.

Euro is an international trophy. You can't win those by votes mate.
