I just don't understand the delay in paying youth corpers the stipend they think will sustain someone for a whole month.
I heard some have been paid too.

I havent seen mine. Union bank, sokoto state. I went to the bank to complain this afternoon and i was told the bank(union bank) has not receive the money from the "originating" bank. People using access bank here got theirs since saturday.

quite a number of states have received theirs. My sis got paid her state is Katsina, my guys in Ogun have collected, my friend in Anambra collected as well. This thing of some states collecting before others is irrational
