True that what they brought to the banking industry can not be overlook, but I believed Nigerians have paid their due ...
They changed how we see the banking sector in Nigeria but their lackadaisical attitude can't be overlooked

I am sure they will lose money today too but they won't learn

Don't forget they av the largest customer base and dey keep expanding. Its not easy as it seem from d outside. How many Banks can handle customer base of dat size and still maintain good banking system.

Even PayPal and payoneer do av deir downtime. The upgrade/maintenance is for our good.

Note: not all their platform was down. '737' can still be accessed for small transactions.
