North East and North West 4 each, that makes it 13 for the North and 12 for south. It specifically said 16.67bn for each region. So what's there to wail about.

I haven't really understood the idea of this skukuk bond, but anything to redeem the decayed infrastructure is a welcome development for me.

Where are the goons shouting Islamisation? They seem to be surprisingly silent on this one. I have been expecting to read about the hidden agenda or the example of Turkey and Lebanon.

Fanatical Christians in Nigeria don't mind blocking our collective progress as long as it opposes Islam.
