Yet another tstv decoder...

By the time people realize that tstv has only little to offer, it will be too late to avoid increased prices and punishments from DSTV.

I'm always very wary of anything Nigerians make so much noise about. It has played out severally, I learnt my lesson from the ntel experience. Ntel promised to displace everything including MTN and Etisalat... but where is Ntel today?
