This is tantamount to increasing the cost of data. The N1,000 monthly data plan now runs from 1am to 7am daily. Same for the N2,000 data.

This is no good news at all. MTN but why?

Mod, please push this to FP to inform the public and possibly force MTN to review this consumer unfriendly action.

Oga how do U go about terming ppl as SCAMMERS. U can go true my profile and see if I have any smear to my name. If I have scammed u or anyone of a kobo go ryt ahead and provide proof. Emmy23 jus paid for 3gb and has gotten his data. U shld modify ur post or provide evidence of d said scam or I'll have to report u to d mods. Here's evidence of my last transaction jus a couple of minutes ago and I speak for myself. Thank U

The only to force them is to stop subscribing. MTN is aware of customer's reaction to price change but we can make consider by not using their service. Haven't wonder why etisalat now 9 mobile is giving free mb upon recharge of N100 upward to some of their customers

stop tagging pple as scammers without proof. not every1 are scammers like you. we data sellers are genuine except for those lowering their price to lure you in. e.g 5gb for N1000 is not possible.

I understand d need for one to b very careful and I'm sorry U had to fall victim. Yes d price is real and so also is d validity period which haa been accumulated overtime. There are a couple of ways u could verify their authenticity. There are a whole lot of bad eggs ruining d market for everyone but there are also a lot of genuine ppl in d business. I'm working on a thread to help us and customers alike seek confirmations or authenticity of some of these so called resellers. I already have a thread on busting d obvious scams here and hopefully shld update d thread later today to include their new ploy. Do well to edit ur initial post
