Economic in your o level result is important. Basically all ou need to have in your jamb subject should be english, crs, lit.in.english and government. At undergraduate level a little maths is done, like elementary statistics. Nothing difficult about it anyway. You just have to be a voracious reader and have an eye for recent political happening inother to excel in the course. But people may have my head on this one because of my advice to you to improve your cramming abilities to make life easier for you

Having economics is not compulsory but very necessary. the compulsory one is either Government or History. If u have either of this, I think u will be considered. But I guess the deed has been done so u need to follow up . the 9ja thing as usual and u will get the admission without any hindrance

political science students the do offer basic maths like SETS, GEOMETRY, QUADRATIC equation but just the mere introduction in first semester 100L. This mathematics is a general course for all new students with the exception of Language departments (as the case is in my school) as instructed by The NUC. Political Science students also do statistics in a semester in 300L which is a departmental course. ie mean, median, mode. Both the MTH101 and the statistics are very simple and could be handled by even a primary school pupil.

I think your choice of subject are OK.

Lastly, my advice to u is to broaden ur question for the knowledge of contemporary Political dispensation and try to improve ur cramming skills as Bisi advised

I wish you the best bro

1. Economics is not compulsory. If you have Government or History, you are good to go. You don't even need to pass it in O level once you have other subjects that can take over.
2. Your question is not clear
3. A faculty course FSS - statistics for social sciences. The level at which you'll take it varies from school to school. Then another one in your department called Politimetrics
4. Yes - My combination back then was - Govt, CRS, Lit, Eng and Yoruba. My Maths was E8 and Economics D7.

On 12 of this month, the IBBUL senate will be holding a meeting in respect to admissions, resumption date and many other things that will trigger the quick start to this session. Afterwards, we should be expecting admission list to be out.

Also, the school does not entertain the culture of post UTME like other universities. All IBBUl does is to set a date for the screening for the successful students that got the admission. I.e clarification of results and a mere introduction at the security division to have a clearer mirror of the individual they are about to harbour in the environment.
