Our Client is urgently in need of an KITCHEN SUPERVISOR

Location: Ebute-Metta Lagos
Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Coordinate daily front of the office and kitchen operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Regularly review product quality and research new prospects
- Organize and supervise kitchen staff
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate future needs for goods/food items, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Coordinate delivery of products from kitchen to customer
- Create high quality videos and pictures of food preparation process.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage safe work space in the kitchen and suggest ways to improve it safety and efficiency.
- Control operational cost and identify measures to cut waste
- Create details reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events
- Recommend ways to reach a border audience (e.g discounts and social media ads)
- Train new current employees on proper customer services practices
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future operations

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Communication, Negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Organizational skills
- IT skills, Problem solving skills, Initiative Skills
- Leadership and ability to make things happen
- Attention to details and Budget skills

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- OND,HND or higher in related field
- Experience in an administrative/operations
- Knowledge of social media use
- Good interpersonal and time management
