HAD JESUS FORGOTTEN THAT HE WAS GOD WHEN HE MADE THE FOLLOWING STATEMENTS IN THE BIBLE ? (1) Mark 12 v 29 : The Lord our God is only one God (2) John 20v 17 : I am ascending onto my father and your father, onto my God and your God. (3) Mark 15v 34 : My God My God, why has thou forsaken me ? (4) John 5 v 30 : I Jesus can do nothing of myself (5) John 14 v 28 : My father is greater than I (6) John 12 v 49 : "I have not spoken of myself, the father who sent me gave me the commandments of what I should say and spoke onto you". (7) Mark 13 v 32 : Of that Day and that Hour, no one knows, not even the Son, nor the Angels in heaven but only the father ( ![]() COMMENT : I quoted these few biblical verses from the sayings of the Holy Man of God whom the Christians called their God. It always beats my imagination whenever I hear the Christians calling Jesus Christ God . This was the very Man the bible called the Prophet of God in Luke 24 v 19, Luke 7 v16, Luke 13 v 33, Matthew 21 v 46, Matthew 21 v 10-11, John 9 v 17, and Mark 6 v 4. This was the very Jesus the bible says he ate and drank in Matthew 11 v 19, Luke 24 v 41-43, John 19 v 28. This was the very Jesus the bible says he slept in Matthew 8 v 24, This was the very Man the bible says he worshipped God, prayed to him and even cried seeking his assistance in Matthew 26 v 39, Hebrews 5 v 7. Finally, this was the very Man the Christians generally believe that he was helplessly killed by the Jews and Roman Soldiers in Israel,. How then can such a being be the Almighty God that created the universe ? It is not only untenable to call Jesus God but also a theological madness to even think that Jesus is God. Such kind of belief in the Godship of a Man is not acceptable in this age of reason and civilisation. The Christians should have an independent study of their bible and revolt against their Pastors and Bishops who blatantly misguide and confuse them to worship a Man (Jésus) that was born by a Woman (Mary) , who depended on the factors of growth and reproduction. This was the very Man that the Bible says in Luke 2 v 21 that he was circumcised in his foreskin (génital) when he was eight days old. Can a sensible and civilized human being call Jesus Christ God ? No !. The Muslims, of course, believe in Jesus and his message, but no Muslim can ever make the mistake of calling Jesus God. That is the beauty of Islam. Husaini Yusuf Mabera contributed this for the progress of Islam. For any question, objection, correction and comment you can call 08067678230. |

Beetobee: Really? Indeed, you muslims never fail to disappoint! Smh. ![]() Luke 19 from verses 11 to 27 is a PARABLE told by Jesus Christ to His disciples, as can be seen below: The Parable of the Ten Minas 11 While they were listening to this, he went on to tell them a parable, because he was near Jerusalem and the people thought that the kingdom of God was going to appear at once. 12 He said: “A man of noble birth went to a distant country to have himself appointed king and then to return. 13 So he called ten of his servants and gave them ten minas.[a] ‘Put this money to work,’ he said, ‘until I come back.’ 14 “But his subjects hated him and sent a delegation after him to say, ‘We don’t want this man to be our king.’ 15 “He was made king, however, and returned home. Then he sent for the servants to whom he had given the money, in order to find out what they had gained with it. 16 “The first one came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned ten more.’ 17 “‘Well done, my good servant!’ his master replied. ‘Because you have been trustworthy in a very small matter, take charge of ten cities.’ 18 “The second came and said, ‘Sir, your mina has earned five more.’ 19 “His master answered, ‘You take charge of five cities.’ 20 “Then another servant came and said, ‘Sir, here is your mina; I have kept it laid away in a piece of cloth. 21 I was afraid of you, because you are a hard man. You take out what you did not put in and reap what you did not sow.’ 22 “His master replied, ‘I will judge you by your own words, you wicked servant! You knew, did you, that I am a hard man, taking out what I did not put in, and reaping what I did not sow? 23 Why then didn’t you put my money on deposit, so that when I came back, I could have collected it with interest?’ 24 “Then he said to those standing by, ‘Take his mina away from him and give it to the one who has ten minas.’ 25 “‘Sir,’ they said, ‘he already has ten!’ 26 “He (the Master) replied, ‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what they have will be taken away. 27 But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them—bring them here and kill them in front of me.’” And since it's obvious you do not know what a PARABLE means, The Oxford Advanced Learners Dictionary defines a Parable as:- "A simple story used to illustrate a moral or spiritual lesson, as told by Jesus in the Gospels. E.g ‘the parable of the blind men and the elephant’" So I wonder why a supposedly enlightened person will make reference to a mere story told primarily for illustrative purposes as his/her proof that Jesus preached hate. A piece of advice: Don't even dare let me get started with your mohammed's many verses of hate against non-muslims. Thank you. ![]() |

Nasiruddeen: From the original writer's name, I can deduce that he is Shiite (I may be wrong though). ![]() Well because of the exceeding length of this your baseless writeup, I'm compelled to make a concise response to it: Firstly, the bulk of your writeup is on the issue of the "Trinity", that is, Jesus Christ being same as, or, a part of God. Briefly, the biblical doctrine of the Trinity consists of the following belief: 1. That there is One Living and True God who is the Creator of heaven and earth; who is eternal, almighty, unchangeable, infinitely powerful, wise, just and holy. ![]() And several Bible verses attest to that (e.g Mark 12 v 29 : The Lord our God is only one God) 2. That the one God eternally exists in three entities: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; and that these 3 entities are the One True God. Note: a) God the Father = The fiercely powerful Creator of all things & the Supreme Judge of mankind in all His glory. b) God the Son = The powerful Message/Word of God (which comes forth out of God the Father) made into flesh, to interact with mortal man. And several Bible verses have attested to this (e.g John 1:14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.) c) God the Holy Spirit = The all Powerful Spirit of God that dwells within true believers to maintain our righteousness before God & guard our spiritman/decisions from sin. Several Bible verses attest to this as well. (e.g Micah 3:8 But as for me, the Lord fills me with His Spirit and power, and gives me a sense of justice and the courage to tell the people of Is real what their sins are). Thus, the Son + the Father + the Holy Spirit = One same God. So let me leave you with these few Bible verses for knowledge sake:- John 1:1 In the beginning was the Word. And the Word was with God, and the Word was God. John 4:24 God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth. Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground. (Note that here, God says, "Let Us" and not "Let me". And we are told man was made in God's image. So how can God refer to Himself as "Us" and not "me" ![]() Genesis 5:1-2 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day when God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. He created them male and female, and He blessed them and named them Man in the day when they were created. ![]() On a lighter note however, Nasirudeen = 1 person To his children, he is "Nasirudeen the FATHER To his parents, he is "Nasirudeen the SON and And in him is his Spirit; thus in the spiritual, he is Nasirudeen the Spirit. That said, Nasirdeen as the Son + the Father + his Spirit is still = the same one Nasirudeen. ![]() |
