loneatar:mere looking at the structure is not enough to ascertain costs. what kind of building is it? residential or commercial? how many units? most importantly, you will need a working drawings to have almost accurate bill. if you have these details, pm me for further details |

I will assume u mean a four storey of a total of ten flats of 3bedroom each, on a standard plot of land as is predominant in Onitsha.... You will need between 55-62 million with moderate finishing( longspan aluminium roofing, high quality security doors and borehole) EXCLUDING land... My old man just finished exactly that at Chizzon area, Awada. He said he spent total of about 68million. Can remember he bought d land for 5mill and used 2.2million to process everytin about C of O....Wish you goodluck 2 Likes |
