1: is called vigilante and no cause
2: when he's asleep try dropping him on the bed or his baby rocker or you can fold a wrapper that has your scent already and keep it near him so he'll think you're still around
3: any baby milk that has stage 1 or 0-6months written on it is good

1. Prettyhurts answer made me laugh but that's just it really, thats how babies do, he will outgrow it with time
2. Again that's how babies do, you need to "train" him by putting him down once he's asleep.
3. Different brands exist depending on your pocket. The one's I've heard good reviews about are Nan, SMA Gold, Cow&Gate, Enfamil, Aptamil etc. I suggest you buy 1 tin to be sure your baby will take it before going to bulk-buy
