My ATM transaction on the 3rd of this month was declined but amount got deducted from my account, I immediately filed a complaint at customer care and also went to their branch but it has not been returned till today, why is it taking so much time I think this should not be more than 5 working days

Their Twitter is effective..
I always advise people to use Twitter platform in resolving issues like this. I visits bank only when they need my physical presence.
Even all network providers are more effective on twitter than other platforms.

I Learn new thing today, thanks, so we have Eco bank staff here on Nairaland. She called me few hours after creating this post
