School hostel at least for first year. You get infos faster than those staying off campus and less harrassement from cultists. My thoughts though. |

Deckline. Why recommend campus hostel for only one year and not through out the 4yrs? What's the advantage of staying off campus and is it cheaper? |

With the infos i gathered... School hostel is more secured compared to off campus lodge where anything can happen. You might be lucky to find a lodge that suits you perfectly but the reverse is mostly(not always) the case. You might be lucky. The school hostel on the other hand makes you more attentive to the latest buzz and orders as people staying off campus always get the infos from those on campus. Finding a good lodge outside school is (H&E) Hard and Expensive. I recommend hostels for first year students so as to quickly adapt to the new environs. Its preponderant to also note that most acciedents that happens usually happens off campus. If you find yourself in an apartment where there is no water,my dear, get used to the"NO WATER IN DA LAND" experience. #My opinion sha. God help us all |

TONY56:Lol Tony, good morning. I recommend campus hostel for first year because its the first place we have to adapt to. If you are quite comfortable with the enviroment, you can decide on your own to stay for the Three years remaining, but if no,you can change in your second year.To get a good apartment(with light and water) is not cheap. The place i stayed for my post utme was what they called jungle!! No water,no light, bathroom and toilet worse. the rent is #5000(imagine) i didn't survive there,i travelled back to Lagos after my exam the same day.(Skin disease real o) Let me be honest, school hostel is better my guy. Its a choice to be made by YOU. Just adapt. |

| Re: 2017/2018 Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma (aau) Aspirants (official Thread) by Deckline(m): 9:00am On Oct 16, 2017 |
Cms38:Lol... Science has it that the human skin is the sweetest and most nutriteous meat though. To be candid,it depends on the location and facility available in the enviroment. If its one room in a comfortable zone with water and light, you'd pay more. But,if you want one room in the jungle where there is "NO WATER IN DA LAND" you pay less. I want comfort abeg. I can't kill myself |

Decline, You are such a wonderful lady that I think is an asset to this thread who should not be allowed to leave. You have almost lost hope of being offered admission because something appears to be wrongly calculated in your kofa account, yet you are still one of those making this thread very lively, and even giving very useful advice and informations to those who look more hopeful of getting admission. I am still praying for God''s intervention in your matter so that more students can tap from your wisdom. An intuition in me tells me you must be a very wonderful and intelligent lady. God bless you |
