sure... getting smart doesn't make u inhuman! there is something like prenuptial agreement I came across... Good day fellow familylanders, i was having this discussion with one of my guys saying, is it preferable to own a joint ownership of property with ones wife no matter who is paying for the property or each person should go ahead and have whatever he or she likes..
Pls i need contributions from everybody in d house most especially d married ones

It depends on how you manage your financials in your family. I have some property in my name alone and some in both of our names. Just make sure that both of your names are listed clearly on the documentation for joint property not Mr and Mrs.

Mr and Mrs is not a name.
