The Bank of Industries gave the nation forms to apply for loans of just 100,000 each. I applied for this loan. And when the loan was disbursed the north got its own first and were given 100,000 naira each followed by the west. And after 3 to 4 months when the north and west must have collected their own. The east and south east were ask to come and collect theirs, guess what we recieved in our accounts 50,000 naira. And 4,000 naira has already been deducted from the account of some of us. I included.
How many of us know that World bank released billions of naira to Nigeria for entrepreneur and business development last year. And this fund was diverted to the north since last year. I got to know of this when I meet a group of guys who has brought this World bank development scheme to a church.
This is the nature of one Nigeria we have. And you expect a region not to demand separations. Injustice has a way it impoverishes one even as one received undue advantages.
The north remains the most impoverished region in Nigeria despite the political power and the undue advantages it has enjoined for year.
Karma has a way it pays one back.

This is a CBN loan not a government ministry or agency. This is a banking institution loan financing with adequate insurance to back it up. In case it fails, the insurance company pays and if the insurance company wants to avoid paying, then they must ensure the loan performs.


We have too many educated illiterates in this country. That is the why someone can sit in the corner of his room and deceive the gullible citizens that the army is injecting students with monkey pox virus.

Go to Steilling Bank and make inquiries on Bank of Industries soft loan and prove me a lier bro. The money is disbursed through Steilling Bank. Infact am going to the bank this morning to see if I can withdraw mine cos since Friday when I got the alert I have been on and off to the bank and have not been able to withdraw it becouse of the protocals involved.

The scheme shall be financed from the proceeds of the N200billion three (3) year bond raised by the Debt Management Office (DMO). The fund shall be made available to the participating bank(s) to finance commercial agricultural enterprises. In addition, each State Government could borrow up to N1.0billion for on-lending to farmers’ cooperative societies and other areas of agricultural development provided such initiatives/interventions are in line with the objectives of CACS.

To access loans under ACSS, applicants (practicing farmers and agro-allied entrepreneurs with means) are encouraged to approach their banks for loan through the respective state chapters of farmers associations and State Implementation Committees. However, large scale farmers are allowed under the scheme to apply directly to the banks in accordance with the guidelines.

Commercial agric credit scheme is another scheme different from Bank of Ndustries loan scheme bro. It's a loan given to sole entrepreneurs who already have small scale businesses they manage.

My brother, I was trying to bring to notice the injustice and favoritism in our one Nigeria that should addressed by the authorities. Unless we desire to go back to the 1963 regional government were the regions as autonomous entities get different advantages base on their negotiating power. Which was not frown at by any region cos that was one of the bases for the union.

.....but, give it to CBN led by Emefiele and BOI, this agric scheme is sincere and sustainable. There is no injustice in this agric scheme. Why don't you go via the coorperative and join one. I am about to join a cooperative after having done my findings. Do you know that with 120k minimum contribution in your cooperative, you can cycle out both in cash and products within a span of 3-4months, then "recycle" the same process. Govt contributes 70% of the funding, off-take the products, so your cooperative don't have to wordy about sales and logistics.

I think the easiest entry is through the FADAMA project. Depends on your location and how the coorperative is run. Run can run a search and get the one closest to you. I think aside from joining fees and some other initial cost (like 25k), the other depend on how many "slots" can legally and you want to take.
