Unbehalf of the Docile Youths Ambassadors of Nigeria I hereby nominate you as our leader. We are patiently waiting for you to lead us out of our dumb cow-like attitude towards oppression. grin

Those ones are selfish and fraudulent.

Example of youths doing something is 100,000 of us laying siege at every government house in the 36 states of Nigeria at the same time, (don't we have the numbers? That's just 3.6m from our population of over 170m) let me see the bastard police or soldier that will shoot his brother of daughter.

We have never really shown or expressed our dissatisfaction with the pathetic system of governance we endure in this gods forsaken country of ours. Can't we borrow a leaf from our European, Asian and even middle east counterparts and ensure our collective privilege and future doesn't die with this present set of political robbers?
what evidence do you have to call them selfish and fraudulent?
if you become the arrow head of this your idea, you'll be termed selfish and fraudulent too!

This thing you're saying can't work in Nigeria because every agitation in this country is always seen from ethnic angle.

i beg to disagree sir. The worst thing that had happened to us over the years is FEAR. They made us fear them nd thereby making us to believe that there is nothing we can do change the situation and thats the difference between us and those countries we all envy. Lets not forget the law of motion which i interprete as:Nothing moves unless we move it,i.eNothing changes unless we change it. I believe if everyone of us could speak wit one voice,Nigeria would be a better place for us. Thanks

our senators' annual salaries is even higher than trump's annual salary...

Our lawmakers' salaries is one of the highest in the world.

Yet, our minimum wage is one of the lowest in the world!

Meaning: our leaders prioritize themselves than the citizens. I weak!
Na now you know say na band of rogues dey rule naija since the 1960's. They are the real beneficiaries Of one naija and they are always quick to oppose restructuring. I pity their miserable followers for they know not that their future has been mortgaged.

OP, excluding the president from the illustration is a show of crass bias, and at the same portraying you to be one of the country's problems.

Nigerians hate freedom fighters. And religion is our enemy. People believe this world is not their home, so there's no need to fight for it.

Our leaders have ran this ship called Nigeria aground.
Imagine some youths orchestrates a massive protest today this is what will happen:
* Some people will say it is politically motivated and therefore morally flawed.
* Some will say it is an IPOB, Arewa or Oduduwa thingy aimed at discrediting their respective tribal kinsmen in public office.
* The government will bribe some jobless and hungry youths into the organization of a pro-government campaign to make the government look like a saint.
* The government will use the army and police to intimidate and terrorize the protest.
* Sentiments, tribalism, religious bigotry will not let some youths participate. Some youths are even paid to paint the government green.
.
.
But let's not forget something, let's face the reality: Nigeria is a mess, a mess caused by our leaders, a mess that has made youths ( leaders of tomorrow) lazy, docile and turned them into sycophants and arse lickers.
.

* You can't even get a government job plus get owed and paid peanuts by the government if you ever get one.
* Private companies treat you like shit will the government watches and collect heavy bribe from them in order for them to keep you keep treating you like poo
* You want to start a business in Nigeria and you get frustrated by the government, the police and touts that the government should have protected us from in the first place
* The police and army acts like animals towards citizens and yet, nothing is done by the government.
.
.
This is not about salary alone. Look at our roads, hospitals, electricity and other infrastructure and tell me you are happy about it. Why do they send their kids to school abroad? Why do they fly abroad for treatments and check ups? Why do they collect fat salaries when they don't even do a thing?
.
.
We can't just fold our hands anymore. Let's start this protest somewhere. Hey fellow bloggers, let's use our various blog to start an online protest! Enough is enough jor. We are all Nigerians and we deserve better!
