Please what's the quantity of milk for a baby boy of 15weeks old either breastmilk or formula?
My ds has been on exclusive breastfeeding even though I resumed back to work 2weeks ago. I found out that he finished up the milk I left for him @home yesterday (600mls) and they had to back him when it finished for him not to cry till I got home. My production level is also reducing (370mls yesterday)
I am considering adding formula atleast one or two feed per day.
Please I need advice on how to go about it. What quantity should we make for him now?
N. B- he weighed 7.4kg@14 weeks. Bright weight was 5.04kg.

Mama's please come to my rescue. My daughter has been sick for days vomiting and drooling (very watery still). We took her to the hospital and they started treating her for malaria. When there was no improvement we took her back and another doctor said its stomach infection and there's no cure (we should allow it run its course). We have been giving her ORT, rice water, glucose, lucozade, pap, and drugs to stop ghetto vomiting. She's very weak.

Please what else can I do? Also is rota virus part of the vaccines given at general hospital? I didn't miss any but I want to know if any were skipped by the hospital management.

Please help a mother. I'm so tensed and scared. And today is supposed to be her one year birthday. She so so lean.

Godmother for the Rota vaccine, I don't know if some general hospital administer it but where I stay, they don't even mention it because it's not free. For the runny stool, pls change hospital, a test should be conducted and proper treatment should be done since she is weak already.

Mama's, pls let's not stay relaxed with stooling (diarrhoea) and vomiting, change Dr/hosp. immediately you notice the treatment is not working to avoid stories that touches the heart.
Today is exactly one week my Hubby's Bro lost his 11 month old son to diarrhoea and vomiting. It started suddenly and within 5 days it had claimed his life.
My prayers "may we never bury our children in Jesus name, amen".

Stop the glucose and lucozade please.
She should be in the hospital taking drips for the water she's losing via vomiting and stooling.
If it's viral, no drugs just wait it out.
You can try unsweetened yoghurt.
Raw fermented Pap.
Or you can try kafura. It's white and flat. Cut like one tenth of it and drip into half a bottle of water. Give her a capful of it every 6 hour till the poop subsides. It's very effective but do not abuse it as it can cause ulcer.
