I actually saw d posters myself around pdp national secretariat here in abuja. While it is agreed that the vp get chosen, alot of politicking goes into it too. It is clear PDP are proposing a northerner as the presidential candidate, so the vp slot will automatically go to the South south or south east with the south west almost certainly sure to be The Pdp national chairman

I doubt if wike has such in mind but if he does I think this will be his greatest mistake sin politics. . .let him learn to what happen to Peter odili. .the PDP will never want to zone the vp slot to the south south. .I think they will prefer the south west or the south east. .well its democracy that wat pple will say but the zoning arrangement of the party should be respected.
