In my village, when an adult steals, they strip him unclad, humiliate him and his family, but if you say this man is corrupt, they won’t know what you are talking about. Flexherbal:There is but has a very light punishment that's why if convicted, you can be given a two year jail term for stealing ₦2billion while an ordinary citizen that stole ₦1000 can be given life imprisonment. Infact before then, you would have been given "better beating". |
