Hi, i am unable to proceed with my nysc registration due to the fact i cannot get my finger print done. When i open the nysc page, i get stucked at the finger print page. The 2 boxes for the left and right thumb come up but the finger print do not appear on the screen. I already downloaded RTE 64 bit machine for the digitalpersona 4500 fingerprint scanner and jre 8u60. I decided to download the NYSC biometric capture icon and that did not work either.

I did but nothing

I used that desktop client too, the app shows "FingerPrint reader was touched" anytime I tried to capture but it never shows/reads on the app (and website too)

what next?

are u running the latest java runtime, if no.....update
if yes, uninstall and restart the system....den reinstall and restart......it should work. Bdw hope its firefox ur using?

I did that, even a clean install of win7 but all failed

u might have yo change ur scanner

Were you able to overcome this issue. I'm facing something similar and I don't know what to do
