What are the issues that may likely occur, legally, socially and otherwise.

The things to consider include bedroom spaces, proper ventilation and parking spaces. Too many terrace buildings have rooms that are cramped and look like cubicles. The parking spaces within the premises are also very tight and in some cases, non-existent. So what is the point?
