some of the basics yes.but the whole thing no..4*5 = 20 hours thats evn less than a day .php is not html you need more time and practice to learn it and the rate at which you'd learn greatly depends on you..

It will take you at least 3months to master that basic, before thinking of learning OOP, design pattern, and applying those concept in real life

For the basics? Yes. Programming is a scientific form of art.
You don't horn your painting skills or craftiness in 20 hours. It takes hundreds or thousands of hours with many 5 minutes thinking sessions in between.

Learning php is not hard , its the design patterns and advanced complex scenarios that is the issue, but regardless you van learn it just read about something on it everyday you will get better, and to really really learn it well, understand why it is you are using and doing what you are doing don't just code, it will make you a more detailed dev. People use certain codes without understanding why they should. Which is why I live c++ even if it takes me years to grasp it, you get an better picture when you know the whys and the details aspect of it.

yeah bro, just that it requires patience, perseverance and maximum attention when coding php, you'll miss just a single ; and code won't run unlike js, tho I'm currently coding a mini blog with php and MySQL and I'm getting to understand better the more I code.
